This guitar was built by Paul Fischer when he was working with the legendary David Rubio. It is an excellent example of a perfectly executed "Rubio" guitar, featuring the classic rosette, head shape and plantilla of Rubio's own work. The quality of the woods is exquisite.
Recently some videos of the Abreu Duo were published and in most of them Sergio Abreu is playing a Rubio-Fischer from 1974, just like this one.

The condition is very good in that it has no cracks or repairs. The guitar has been well played though and therefore shows playing marks but on the other hand it made the guitar develop a mature and rich sound.
This guitar has, like most of the Rubios from the 60s and Fischers from the 70s, 66 cm scale length. But those masters made them very easy to play. Therefore this one is really comfortable to play.
It is a fantastic guitar, very powerful and even, with deep and dark basses combined with bright and singing trebles of impressive weight, volume and flexibility.
